At Tedoro, pre-orders allow you to secure a limited-edition timepiece before it becomes available for general release. This policy outlines everything you need to know before placing a pre-order with us.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a confirmed purchase placed in advance of a product’s shipping date. By placing a pre-order, you reserve your piece from our limited production run and guarantee your place in the fulfilment queue. Pre-order items are produced in strictly limited numbers — once sold out, they will not be restocked.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order. Your card or payment method will be charged immediately upon checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods available at checkout.

By completing your pre-order, you authorize Tedoro to charge the full purchase amount at the time of order.

3. Estimated Shipping Date

Each pre-order product page displays an estimated shipping window. This date represents our best current projection based on production progress and is subject to change. Tedoro will notify you by email if the shipping timeline is updated for any reason.

Please note that estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times will depend on your location and the courier service used.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your pre-order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This confirmation is your proof of purchase and reservation. Please retain it for your records.

5. Shipping Notification

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tedoro offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders, including pre-orders.

6. Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change. Pre-orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Before dispatch: You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your item has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@tedoro.uk and we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. You may however initiate a return in accordance with our Easy Return policy (see Section 8 below).
7. Production Delays

Tedoro works with precision and care to fulfil every pre-order within the communicated window. However, as with all fine watchmaking, unforeseen production or logistics delays may occasionally occur.

If your order is delayed beyond the originally stated shipping window, we will notify you promptly by email with an updated timeline. In the event of a significant delay, you will be offered the option to:

  • Wait for the updated fulfilment date, or
  • Cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund
8. Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order items are subject to the same return conditions as all Tedoro products. If your watch does not meet your expectations upon delivery, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in unworn, original condition with all packaging and documentation.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@tedoro.uk within the 14-day window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

9. Warranty

All Tedoro timepieces, including pre-order items, are covered by our 2-year international warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and movement issues under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized servicing.

10. Limited Availability

Pre-order quantities are strictly limited. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee availability if our stock is exhausted before your order is processed. In the unlikely event that your pre-ordered item cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified immediately and offered a full refund.
